I’ve not heard of these either but you shouldn’t pay for them if they do anyway.
I have experienced in Turkey a woman who walked around clipping keychains on peoples clothes then pointing them out to you and asking for money but you just say no and take them off and give them back. If you’re worried then I would carry some scissors but I don’t see how they would manage to do this without you knowing anyway.

Maybe you should carry your own one of these bracelets and if she puts one on you put one on her and charge he 30euros to take it off. lol.

I went to Gran Canaria for two weeks last year and I didn’t encounter any women trying to force bracelets on anyone.

Just make sure that no one touches your arm. Firmly say No – or even "f**k off" – they will understand that, I am sure.

Put polive oil on the knots and lightly rub them between your thumb and index finger (link pinching) until they work themselves out

i think they sell jewelry glue for certain types of metal.
if they are really important earrings to you i would have it

If you are talking about the pillows they sold at Brookstone a few years ago those are called FOM Pillows, they sell travel pillows, neck pillows and body pillows. they are filled with beads and are really comfortable.
