what are these really small beads called? i love how they look.?

I saw this girls video on youtube of her making necklaces and so want to be able to make my own! they look so good, can someone please watch this youtube video and tell me what kind of beads they are?

Those are simply "seed beads," seed beads in this case made from glass (not plastic, or other materials).

Seed beads come in various sizes and even some shapes (faceted, tube, cylinders, etc), in many colors and even metallic or iridescent colors, etc, and are strung onto various types of plastic or other cording.
Here she’s just stringing the beads singly onto a cord without using a needle, with one or two focal beads inbetween, but seed beads can be used in all kinds of ways, even for "bead weaving."

Here are some suppliers of the many type of seed beads:

and how-to’s:

It looks like either size 11/0 or 12/0 glass seed beads. You can see some examples at http://beadjewelrymaking.blogspot.com/2009/12/seed-beads.html

There’s several types of seed beads, mostly because they are produced by different country and by different companies. It’s the size that you need to take note of as there’s so many different sizes of seed beads.
