How bad does it hurt to get your nose pierced?
I wanna get my nose pierced in the morning and I am a little scared. I dont really have any piercings all i have is the first to holes in my ears that I did by myself with regular earrings. Will it hurt worse than that. I know it probaly will but I am curious how much worse?
Nose piercings are not bad at all. Because it will be your first body piercing, you might think it's worse than it really is. All that happens is a quick, short pain (duh, it's a needle going through your nose) and your eye on that side waters for a few seconds. The pain level is the very similar to the ears, but through a thicker, more firm area so just a little more tolerance is necessary.
The person who said it too 8 months to heal clearly did not take care of the piercing. It heals very quickly. I have 11 piercings- this one healed the fastest!! Like any piercing, research it first, especially the aftercare. Also, GO TO A PROFESSIONAL to make sure the piercing is not at an angle so the jewelry can sit properly. Plus, home piercings can be unsanitary.
It's quick, easy, and very cute once it's done. Worth it 100%

If you have sinus problems, it hurts a lot. If you don't, it'll just be like a pinch. Not that bad. A little worse than your ears.

Yes it will. I have mine done now and I'm not going to lie it did hurt to get it done. But it happens so quick its not that bad. If you really want it get it. But don't change it right away and make sure you buy a good nose ring nothing cheap. I love mine, my sinuses bother it sometimes and it took almost 8 months to heal completly. But just do it, its sore for a little while after but I love mine.

Have you ever accidentally pulled out a nose hair or two? That is exactly how it feels – as if you pulled out a couple of nose hairs really fast. The pain is more like a shock that lasts less than a second. Your eyes will water uncontrollably, but that's a reflex and nothing to worry about.
So basically the pain is intense but so quick that I wouldn't say that it really hurts horribly… it's just kind of a weird sensation.

Do you have your upper ear pierced?
If so, it hurts less then that. Well for me it hurt less then that.
If not, its just a slight pinch. Not sore or anything afterward.

i have sinus problems.
im always sneezing and stuff it wasn't bad at all.
but any way just pinch your self and if you don't like that
then your not ready for any piercings.
it will be fast like ripping a ban aid off :]
don't worry about it just do it you will be happy and wont even remember why you were scared.

ive got my ears and nose pierced.

like if u handled ur ears okay, ur nose should be okay.
nose is alot worse but you could always get it numbed..
i went on yahoo everyday asking how much it hurt and it built up my confiedence, like i thought i was going to get it numbed not noticing till after wards that i didnt get it numbed haha.
but the pain, like it s abit bad but its differnt for everyone, it only lasts for what umm 20= 30 seconds?
and afterward s the high you are on its unbelievable, u get SOO happy that you did it!
i reccomed getting it done to anyone, just make sure its done with a needle, and in a known sterille place.
oh one more thing! you might want to close ur eyes haha like me
