How should I accessorize a navy sheath dress with a lace and bead overdress for my sister’s wedding in Peru?

Wedding is in October, so it’s spring there.
My sister doesn’t know how dressy anyone will be.
My other sister said not to wear navy shoes.
I just found out my closed-over pierced ears CAN wear earrings!
I’m 39.
