    You don’t say what part of the UK, but if you google arts and crafts suppliers or shops followed by your area, eg London you should find plenty of places to buy them from.

    http://www.polymerclaypit.co.uk – specialist supplier of different makes of clay and tools. I don’t know if they have exactly what you want as I don’t know what a tissue blade looks like, but they certainly have blades of some sort.
