What are the necklaces called with half a heart for each person?

What are the necklaces called when there is like a broken heart side for each person to wear?

Im trying to find this for my girlfriend and i but cannot find what they are called to search or even where i can find them?

Does anyone know?

I have found some things that are similar but they have friendship all over them and i was looking for something more with just plain or heart?

    These are Mizpah coins. They have the phrase "Lord, watch between me and thee while we are absent one from another." I used to see them at Walmart and other such places. Don’t know if they still carry them or not. Try an online search, you’ll find them somewhere. E-bay is probably lousy with them. Good luck!
